Customer Support Representative

As a customer support representative, you will play a key role in providing top-notch service to our clients. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, diagnosing and resolving issues, and communicating effectively with customers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to think critically and solve problems creatively.
This is a full-time position, 44 hours per week. We offer a work-from-home arrangement, which provides some flexibility. The international team we have here at Influx values a growth mindset and encourages coaching.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Fluency in English, spoken and written communication
- Personal integrity and conscientiousness
- Strong orientation on task completion, results, and strategic goals
- Team player
- Continuous learner
- Good knowledge of G-suites (Google Docs, Gmail, Google Meet, Calendar, and so on)
- A laptop
- International experience preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
