Senior Network Support Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled Managed Services Engineer to provide end-to-end support for customers with a focus on SDWAN, Internet, and related services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for complex network issues.
- Configure and maintain network equipment, including routers and firewalls.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve support issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Own support issues from start to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction with clear communication and expert problem-solving.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships by delivering outstanding support.
- Mentor and train fellow engineers on complex technical issues and solutions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced technical environment, with expertise in SDWAN (Versa Networks preferred).
- CCNA/CCNP certifications are highly desirable.
- Strong command-line networking skills (Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper).
- Deep understanding of BGP, OSPF, VRRP.
- Knowledge of routers, firewalls, NAT, COS/QOS, and network design principles.
