Job Description

Technical Operations Specialist responsibilities include providing technical assistance to end users, supporting various platforms, and troubleshooting network issues. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing remote support to end users for Microsoft Windows, MacOS, Android, and iOS platforms.
  • Assisting with network maintenance, troubleshooting, modifications, and upgrades of all facilities.
  • Supporting Fortinet FortiGate Gateways, high availability setups, and other network equipment.
  • Monitoring user/customer requests in ConnectWise Automate and shared inbox email.
Required Skills and Qualifications

For this role, we require:

  • Proven experience in an IT Helpdesk or technical support role.
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and network.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft) are an advantage.
