Remote Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Remote Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving ability, and a passion for technology. You will work closely with our development team to troubleshoot complex issues and provide solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat to clients with various technical difficulties.
  • Collaborate with the development team to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and products to ensure expertise in our offerings.
Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher).
  • Prior experience in technical support, desktop support, or a similar role is required.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (VPN, firewall, Amazon/Azure services, network as a service, cloud networking).
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and working experience with ISPs.
  • Customer-oriented attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM systems.
  • Experience working with engineers.
  • Degree in computer science or information technology.
  • Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco.
