The Mercator team specializes in Global Entity Portfolio Management services, offering support in over 170 jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct market research to gather information on potential Third Party Service Providers (TPSPs).
  2. Assist in drafting and negotiating Service Agreements to establish cooperation with TPSPs.
  3. Maintain the existing global network of Third Party Service Providers (TPSPs).
  4. Resolve TPSP-related issues and concerns efficiently.
  5. Ensure proper documentation of all TPSP transactions.
  6. Provide timely information to client servicing teams and other business units.
  7. Administer pricing calculations for clients and support RFP proposals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, International Studies or Business Administration preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Flexible, proactive and detail-oriented, with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
