Marketing Role

We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to join our team as a Digital Marketing and Brand Design Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, brand design, and content creation. They will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and managing social media campaigns.

The role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with a small team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Newsletters & Campaigns:
  • Deliver two high-quality newsletters per month to clients and leads.
  • Build and optimize HubSpot campaigns, workflows, forms, and landing pages.
  • Report on performance metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, and subscriber growth.
Content & Social Execution:
  • Create and publish at least eight social posts per month, including thought leadership pieces and company-branded content.
  • Collaborate with the video editor on video posts.
  • Write, format, and publish one blog post per month on the company website.
  • Produce one case study per month with input from the delivery team.
Lead Operations:
  • Import leads from Predictive Index (Salesforce) three times per week.
  • Research ICP fit of all leads and provide lead scoring and notes for the business development manager.
Brand & Design:
  • Deliver six to twelve creative assets per month, including ads, carousels, slide decks, workbooks, PDFs, and merchandise.
  • Maintain the brand asset library and ensure all visuals are high-quality and aligned.
  • Create sales enablement collateral, including pitch decks, proposals, and one-pagers.
Reporting & Optimization:
  • Submit a monthly marketing performance report covering campaigns, newsletters, leads, social media, and YouTube.
  • Recommend one idea per month for optimization or creative experimentation.
