We are looking for a visionary Creative Director to define and elevate the Posh Skin Co. brand across every touchpoint—from product packaging and social media content to in-store merchandising and influencer activations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and can build and lead a creative team while remaining hands-on.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Identity & Strategy
  • Own and evolve the Posh Skin Co. brand identity, voice, and visual language.
  • Ensure all brand expressions—from campaigns to packaging—are cohesive, memorable, and aligned with our audience.
  • Creative Direction
  • Lead end-to-end creative ideation, development, and execution across all platforms (social, digital, retail, print, and packaging).
  • Define and oversee seasonal brand campaigns, product launches, and influencer/editorial content.
  • Packaging & Product Aesthetics
  • Collaborate with product and manufacturing teams to design packaging that is both retail-ready and share-worthy.
  • Ensure packaging aligns with brand tone and stands out in competitive environments.
  • Social Media & Content
  • Work with marketing to develop creative strategies and content that drive engagement on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Oversee the visual execution of content calendars, storyboards, and video concepts.
  • Visual Merchandising & Retail
  • Lead the design of in-store displays, retail packaging, and merchandising assets.
  • Ensure a consistent customer experience across physical and digital storefronts.
  • Team Leadership
  • Build, mentor, and manage a team of designers, content creators, and freelancers.
  • Review and approve all creative output, ensuring high standards and brand consistency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with marketing, product development, and operations to bring creative concepts to life.
  • Serve as the creative lead in strategic discussions and new product development.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, ideally in beauty, skincare, fashion, or a consumer brand.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates brand building, multi-channel campaigns, and packaging design.
  • Experience designing for Gen Z or youth-focused audiences is a major plus.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with video production, photography direction, and motion graphics.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and resourceful with a high bar for execution.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
