We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Digital Marketing & Brand Design Specialist to deliver high-quality digital marketing execution and brand design ownership.

This role blends digital marketing execution with brand design ownership, ensuring every creative asset is delivered on time, on brand, and driving results. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering 2 high-quality newsletters per month, building and optimizing HubSpot campaigns, workflows, forms, and landing pages, and reporting on performance.

The Digital Marketing & Brand Design Specialist will also be responsible for creating and publishing a minimum of 8 social posts per month, collaborating with the video editor on video posts, writing, formatting, and publishing 1 blog each month to the website, producing 1 case study each month with the input of the delivery team, and importing leads from Predictive Index (Salesforce) three times per week.

In addition, the specialist will deliver 6–12 creative assets per month, maintain Red Wolf's brand asset library, ensure all visuals are high-quality and aligned, create sales enablement collateral, and submit a monthly marketing performance report covering campaigns, newsletters, leads, social, and YouTube.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have proven experience in HubSpot, campaign setup, workflows, and analytics, strong skills in Canva and Adobe/InDesign tools for both digital and print design, confident content creation skills, lead operations knowledge, and a reporting mindset. You should also be comfortable working collaboratively with a small team, have high standards for quality, accuracy, and brand alignment, and be able to communicate effectively written and visually.
