
Dedicated Real Estate Transaction Coordinator Wanted

The role of a Transaction Coordinator is crucial in the real estate industry, and we are looking for an exceptional candidate to fill this position.
A successful Transaction Coordinator will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask effectively, and possess strong communication and problem-solving abilities. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of real estate transactions, from initial contact to closing, and ensuring seamless execution of tasks and deadlines.
Key responsibilities include preparing pre-listing materials, obtaining essential signatures on listing agreements and disclosures, inputting listing information into MLS and marketing websites, and submitting necessary documentation to the office broker. Additionally, they will coordinate with third parties such as title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and other data management tools, as well as a detail-oriented approach and ability to work independently. A workstation that meets our technical requirements will also be provided.
- Manage and optimize CRM software to improve operational activities based on priorities.
- Oversee buyer and seller transactions from initial contact through closing.
- Prepare pre-listing materials and obtain essential signatures.
- Input listing information on MLS and marketing websites.
- Coordinate with third parties.
- Assist in negotiations regarding repairs.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and other data management tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently.
