About the role

Autoglass.Ph.,Inc' is seeking a motivated and ambitious Human Resource Intern to join our dynamic team in Mandaue City, Cebu. This is a contract position, offering valuable hands-on experience in all aspects of human resource management within a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist the HR team with recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle management
  2. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  3. Provide support in employee relations, benefits administration and performance management
  4. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance the employee experience
  5. Gain exposure to various HR functions, including training and development, workforce planning and HRIS

What we're looking for

  1. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation
  3. Keen interest in HR and a desire to learn and grow within the profession
  4. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects
  5. Proficient in MS Office suite, with the ability to quickly adapt to new HR-related software and systems
