- Perform operations support tasks such as providing administrative assistance, coordination of tasks, and ensuring day-to-day operations are smooth.
- Conduct internal records reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions for staff members.
- Manage and prepare fortnightly schedules and reports, including tracking progress on key initiatives and summarizing operational activities.
- Track and manage client conflict resolution efforts, including recording issues, monitoring resolution progress, and ensuring that conflicts are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
- An associate's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal or administrative support role.
- Experience in operations support, record management, or client service is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in administrative support or legal assistance are a plus.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
