Job Opportunity

A Procurement Specialist role has become available in our organization. This position is responsible for managing vendor contracts, coordinating procurement and compliance teams, and facilitating the execution of contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the review and coordination of vendor contracts with internal stakeholders and vendors.
  • Manage and maintain procurement data in shared spreadsheets and other applications.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments with internal and external parties as required.
  • Coordinate the execution of vendor contracts, including gathering signatures and archiving documents.
  • Monitor and manage the lifecycle of procurement contracts to ensure timely renewals, amendments, or terminations.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in contract terms and conditions.
  • Process requisitions and purchase orders in the Coupa Procure to Pay system.
  • Review and select suppliers based on quality, price, terms, and delivery.
  • Update purchase orders, contracts, and associated documents as required.
  • Assist with new supplier setup into finance systems.
  • Generate reports from the Coupa PTP system to support monthly activities and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Collaborate with accounting teams to resolve invoicing issues and improve payment timelines.
Requirements
  • BS degree in Business or Accounting preferred.
  • Experience in procurement, particularly in indirect spend.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of procurement software and systems.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating supplier performance and contract terms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
