">Network Operations Center Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Operations Center Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the Excellence in Operations team that monitors, repairs and maintains network infrastructure.

You will implement and ensure adherence to department procedures, processes and policies. Maintaining relationships with people across various areas within the organization is also an essential part of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing new and/or updated policies, procedures and processes.
  • Implement LMC Service Level Agreements, policies, procedures and processes to ensure efficient and effective support for all operating systems.
  • Ensure established National Service Level Agreements for all processes and procedures are followed at all levels.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring processes for all services, network performance, network maintenance, telecommunications maintenance, facilities management, CMTSs and overall network performance/reliability.
  • Assure proper tracking and reporting of network related measurements including network health reports, post-mortem of outages, outage reports, headend reports, trending reports/analysis and management/operating summaries.
  • Plan and lead department projects and initiatives and provide expertise and leadership in cross-functional project teams.
  • Ensure all department projects and initiatives are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop team performance standards and conduct performance reviews to ensure that staff is operating at optimum efficiency and in accordance with company standards.
  • Integrate department strategy into daily goals and objectives.
  • Develop, train and mentor staff and ensure they have the resources available to competently and efficiently perform their duties.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

  • Nightshift
  • Office address is at GLAS Tower, Ortigas Pasig City
  • Hybrid Work set-up (3x onsite, 2x WFH), but will be reporting onsite during the first 6 months to attend the training
  • Must be flexible with the schedule and amenable to render overtime and work on holidays if needed

Education: Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, we also consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
