Network Professional Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Network Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Infrastructure Managed Services Team, you will play a vital role in providing technical expertise and support for diverse customer projects.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage, monitor, and troubleshoot WAN and LAN connections for multiple clients. You will use remote monitoring tools and protocol analyzers to diagnose and solve network problems, including routers, switches, wireless access points, and firewalls.

In this role, you will perform advanced network analysis, identify problems, and determine solutions. You will also recommend enhancements to the network to improve quality, performance, security, and reliability.

  • Manage WAN and LAN connections: Ensure reliable and secure connectivity for multiple clients.
  • Troubleshoot network issues: Use remote monitoring tools and protocol analyzers to diagnose and solve network problems.
  • Perform advanced network analysis: Identify problems and determine solutions to improve network performance and security.
  • Recommend network enhancements: Improve the quality, performance, security, and reliability of the network.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in networking, with a focus on route/switch, security, and wireless technologies.
  • Certifications: Desired certifications include Palo Alto, Cisco, Cisco Meraki, ASA, Firepower, Fortinet, and F5.
