Interview Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Interview Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers to ensure a seamless experience.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills. They should also possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end scheduling process for interviews.
  • Coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers to facilitate timely and efficient interviews.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR teams and line management.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the interview process.
  • Provide reports and maintain data on coordinating activities as requested by management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication Studies, or related field preferred.
  • 1+ years' experience in an office environment or within an HR function preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • HRIS application knowledge (Workday and Rooster a plus).
  • Local employment laws and regulations knowledge.
