M3 Global Research is seeking a skilled professional to join our Market Research Project Management team as a Qualitative Interview Host.

As a Qualitative Interview Host, you will be responsible for the day-to-day call management of market research studies to ensure assigned projects successfully complete on time and meet client expectations.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of qualitative online platforms and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

You will be the point of contact for technical platform issues, assess the level of support required by users, prepare respondents for interviews, facilitate the start of scheduled interviews, and provide troubleshooting support as needed.

In addition, you will support moderator and interpreter trainings prior to the start of the project, triage and communicate issues to the product owner and engineering team, document technical issues and resolutions, and stay up-to-date on product features and enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Multilingual in Swedish

The ideal candidate will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to quickly solve problems, identify potential issues proactively, and communicate technical steps in a friendly and simplistic manner.
