- Develop and execute strategies to grow MPN opportunities, leveraging wireless technologies such as 5G, LTE, and IoT.
- Create detailed business cases and financial models to support the monetization of MPN solutions.
- Lead market research initiatives to identify emerging trends and potential market segments for MPN.
- Client Engagement:
- Facilitate scoping workshops, deep dive discussions, and change management sessions with clients to define and refine MPN requirements.
- Engage with clients to understand their business processes and challenges, positioning MPN solutions as strategic enablers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Marketing, and Vendor Management, to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Partnership Development:
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with technology vendors, industry leaders, and systems integrators to expand the MPN service offerings.
- Lead negotiations with partners to ensure commercially viable agreements that align with PLDT Enterprise's goals.
