Learning Specialist Job Description

This role is responsible for preparing customer service representatives to perform their job effectively.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide new hired staff with product knowledge, company information, and the necessary customer service skills.
  • Deliver training events and learning solutions using various mediums including in-class, e-learning, virtual facilitation, and blended techniques.
  • Review, evaluate, and modify the training curriculum as needed.
  • Maintain a positive learning environment and enforce adherence to company rules and policies during training hours.
  • Evaluate learning and mastery of content, skills, and procedures.
