Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in process optimization or a related field.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong knowledge of business process management tools and methodologies.

  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements and achieving results.
