We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to contribute to our innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with project managers to define and track project scope, ensuring seamless execution.
  • He/she will gather and document business requirements for IT system implementation, enhancements, and features, using industry-standard methodologies.
  • The ideal candidate will evaluate existing business solutions, identify opportunities, and develop strategies for growth, driving business value.
  • They will facilitate meetings to elicit requirements from stakeholders, fostering open communication.
  • The chosen individual will review documents and write Business Requirements Documents and Business Process Documents, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Additionally, they will develop Requirements Traceability Matrix and manage defect resolution, maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent is required.
  • At least 3 years' experience in business analysis, software engineering, or software testing is essential.
  • The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with bug tracking tools like Jira or Mantis.
  • A good understanding of project lifecycle, documentation, and methodologies is necessary.
