In this role, you'll work in our Client Innovation Centers, delivering deep technical and industry expertise to public and private sector clients globally. You'll have the opportunity to acquire new skills, work across different disciplines, and develop a comprehensive understanding of various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Solution Focus: Develop and implement SAP solutions that meet client needs, emphasizing simplicity, amplification, and maintainability.
  • Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involve in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging SAP knowledge and working with the latest technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules, including Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, Career Development Planning, and Compensation Management.
  • Experience with internal and external Time Management integrations.
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting skills for SuccessFactors solutions.
