About the Role:

As a Lead Consultant, you will be considered an industry expert with a passion for expanding knowledge of technology and business operations. You will be a technical connector, collaborator, and communicator with a strong bias towards user empathy and understanding problems before identifying solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide industry expertise and communicate effectively with executive-level business-side clients on Salesforce opportunities, impacts, and implications.
  • Contribute to project proposals and solutions preparation.
  • Understand business needs and distill information into business and technical requirements.
  • Analyse complex business requirements and translate them into solution designs, including product configuration, user stories, business rules, etc.
  • Design high-quality business solutions by contributing to a well-thought-out Solution Design from a functional and technical perspective.
  • Be the primary contact for Salesforce configuration, design, and architecture within Sales, Service, and Community Cloud.
  • Own assigned deliverables and implement Salesforce and integrated systems according to best practices.
  • Lead and support implementation from requirements gathering through development and delivery.
  • Take ownership of client deliverables and manage stakeholder expectations to build long-term relationships.
  • Conduct gap analyses to identify requirements.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to team members.
  • Contribute to practice growth through thought-leadership, solution accelerator development, reusable assets, and participation in operational areas.
  • Collaborate with delivery leads/PMs to create project strategies, plans, estimates, and iterate throughout the project.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience or knowledge in CRM, preferably Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
  • Extensive experience in analysis, design, and development of medium to large, complex CRM systems or similar enterprise applications.
  • Consulting and implementation experience in translating business requirements into business solutions and customer outcomes.
  • Executive presentation experience with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex procedures to colleagues and clients.
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and foster team environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adjust communication style by audience.
