Remote Customer Support Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic individual to join our team as a remote customer support agent.

As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via chat, email, or phone. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns
  • Utilizing Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support
  • Staying informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
