The successful candidate will focus on Front and Back of the House Operations, ensuring that all Standards, Policies, and Processes are met by the Operations Team.

  • Audit Responsibilities
  • Conduct store visits and validation audits on processes, facilities, machines, equipment, and waste management practices.
  • Verify document production processes to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.
  • Communicate audit findings through reports.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with sanitation laws, regulatory bodies, and management policies.
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance.
  • Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
  • Enhance Quality Management by reviewing and assisting in the development of Systems and Processes that contribute to improved store quality and service.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology or a related science-based course.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Familiarity with food safety practices (GMP, HACCP, FSSC).
  • Knowledge in conducting Corrective and Preventive Action reports (CAPA).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Willingness to accept store-based assignments in Pasay, Manila, Quezon City, Pasig Area, or General NCR Area and North/South Luzon.
  • Ability to perform field work for 50-75% of the time and report to the secondary office location at ARCA South, Taguig City.
