We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to support our media operations team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and team alignment.

Publisher Support:
  • Contact Manager: Maintain and update publisher contact details for accuracy
  • CRM Organizer: Consolidate duplicate publisher records or aliases in CRM systems
  • Onboarding Specialist: Coordinate with publishers during onboarding—link building, pixel testing, and billing verification
  • Launch Assistant: Track, document, and support new publisher launches, tests, and turn-downs
  • Data Recorder: Ensure publisher property information is correctly logged and up-to-date
  • Benchmark Collector: Request and store benchmark stats for performance projections
Campaign & Asset Management:
  • Media Kit Collector: Request, review, and store publisher media kits and placement samples
  • Creative QA Specialist: Ensure creatives meet publisher specs and requirements
  • Review Coordinator: Facilitate internal review, feedback, and approvals for placement comps
  • Creative Librarian: Store client-approved creatives and maintain live documentation
  • Link Builder: Generate and distribute tracking links, ensuring proper setup and communication
Billing & Financial Coordination:
  • Finance Liaison: Communicate with finance teams to discuss billing terms and project details
  • IO Checker: Verify insertion orders for all billing needs
  • Billing Tracker: Monitor and log billing changes and opportunities in the project management system

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Tracking Knowledge: Familiar with ad tracking systems, pixel integration, and performance metrics
  • Financial Awareness: Understanding of basic billing processes and documentation
  • Project Management Tools: Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or HubSpot is preferred
