Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Financial Operations Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and communicating with clients via email.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update general ledger accounts and entries to ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including the processing of invoices and payments
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts to aid strategic planning
- Provide regular reports and analysis to management for decision-making
- Proven experience as a Financial Operations Specialist or in a similar accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
