Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for legal roles, ensuring quality and efficiency
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through regular communication and updates
- Source and screen candidates from various platforms, networks, and referrals to find the best fit
- Provide consultative guidance to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies to achieve their goals
- Achieve and exceed monthly placement targets while maintaining a high-quality approach and client satisfaction
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment (legal industry experience is advantageous)
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes with minimal supervision, demonstrating autonomy and accountability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and a consultative mindset, ensuring a positive candidate and client experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
