Key Responsibilities
  • Working closely with Recruitment Consultants to gain a strong understanding of client needs
  • Create effective job adverts that attract top talent
  • Sourcing and screening candidates through LinkedIn, Seek, and Bullhorn
  • Book and interview shortlisted candidates
  • Assist with placing successful candidates into roles
  • Complete reference checks, data entry, and other administrative duties as required
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in candidate management and sourcing
  • Strong commitment to your recruitment career
  • Experience in IT or accounting recruitment
  • Natural relationship developer who delivers on their word to clients and candidates
  • Driven and ambitious with a passion for excellence
  • Mature and flexible with a positive attitude
