Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Operations Manager to join our team at CreditAccess Philippines Financing Company, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the timely and accurate processing of accounts payable, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the preparation and submission of reports to internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships through effective communication.
  • Lead the team in reviewing invoices for correct vendor information and coding before importing into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Analyze expense reports for accurate coding and ensure they align with company policy, promoting a culture of accountability.
  • Reconcile accounts payable related accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Support month-end processing and respond to queries from all AP transactions, performing journal entries as necessary to enhance the month-end closing process.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to file monthly withholding tax returns, maintaining accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Maintain and update a list of regular suppliers of goods and/or services, ensuring seamless business operations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in the Accounts Payable function, with a strong understanding of the general ledger and its relationship to financial statements.
  • Ability to reconcile vendor statements, demonstrating attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
