Job Opportunity: Digital Operations Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy individual to support our day-to-day digital operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • E-commerce Operations: Upload and manage product inventory, execute email campaigns, and manage customer credits.
  • Graphic Design & Content Creation: Design eye-catching social media graphics, banners, and email visuals using Canva.
  • Social Media & Marketplace Management: Post short-form videos and product promotions across multiple platforms.
Requirements:
  • Skilled in Canva and comfortable creating marketing visuals.
  • Experienced with e-commerce tools (CommentSold, Shopify, or similar platforms).
  • Familiar with email marketing workflows and customer segmentation.

Please note that the ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote role.
