Remote Digital Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Digital Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch digital support services to our clients.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent technical skills, including experience with web-based tasks such as Shopify management, web content updates, SEO, and blog writing. You will work independently, think creatively, and handle day-to-day digital tasks without the need for micromanagement.

This role requires:

  • Maintaining and updating Shopify websites, including product listings and page design.
  • Implementing on-page SEO best practices and optimizing site content.
  • Drafting and publishing blog posts and assisting with content planning.
  • Supporting with digital tasks such as landing pages, basic graphic edits, and performance tracking.

Key requirements include:

  • Experience with Shopify, web design, and SEO.
  • E-commerce experience essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
