Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our digital marketing efforts.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured environment and is passionate about making complex operations run accurately at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Publish and update website and blog content in WordPress/CMS platforms.
  • Execute on-page SEO basics (titles, meta tags, internal links) and maintain content hygiene.
  • Coordinate content calendars and updates through project management tools like Asana.
  • Connect and manage CRM systems like HubSpot and support basic workflows.
  • Build and maintain automations and integrations via Zapier.
  • Ensure data accuracy, field mapping, and list/segment maintenance.
  • Run and maintain SEO/keyword and performance reporting in SEMrush.
  • Publish workflows when applicable and produce/update dashboards in Looker Studio and Google Analytics.
  • Monitor key metrics, flag anomalies, and share insights with the team.
  • Update and maintain campaign details, assets, and tracking links.
  • Coordinate tasks and timelines in Asana and communicate updates via team collaboration channels.
  • Support documentation and SOPs in knowledge management platforms like Confluence.
  • Create video tutorials and process walk-throughs using screen recording tools.
  • Maintain clear, current documentation of workflows, integrations, and reporting cadences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot (admin/basic workflows) and WordPress/CMS publishing.
  • SEMrush experience for SEO reporting and publishing workflows when applicable.
  • Ability to build/maintain automations in Zapier (connecting CRMs and marketing tools).
  • Google Analytics and Looker Studio/Data Studio for dashboarding and reporting.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
