Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices accurately and on time, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions, including supplier invoices, payments, and collections.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Track, allocate, and report on supplier income, rebates, and cooperative promotions.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial agreements and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Prepare regular financial reports on AR/AP activity, supplier income, and account reconciliations.
  • Support month-end closing activities by providing accurate data and meeting reporting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with finance, procurement, and suppliers to maintain effective communication and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Prior experience in invoice processing and accounts receivable/payable functions.
  • Working knowledge of financial ledgers and basic accounting principles.
  • Background in debt management, collections, and supplier payment processing.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
