Financial Leadership Position

This is an opportunity to take on a key role in driving the financial growth and strategic decision-making for a forward-thinking organization. As a seasoned Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll management.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management, reporting, and analysis, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven financial solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial Planning & Reporting
    • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to drive business growth
    • Analyze financial data to inform strategic decision-making and optimize financial performance
  • Strategic Financial Analysis & Planning
    • Provide expert financial analysis and recommendations to senior leadership
    • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Systems Integration & Process Optimization
    • Evaluate and implement technology solutions to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency
    • Leverage expertise in ERP systems to drive process improvements and enhance financial visibility

To succeed in this role, you will possess a deep understanding of US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, with at least 7-10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience preferred.
