Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Officer to lead our financial operations and drive long-term financial growth.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial modeling. They will also possess exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

The CFO will oversee all aspects of finance, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, investments, risk management, compliance, and reporting. They will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Direct and manage all financial operations, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial systems.
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to the CEO and executive team.
  • Manage cash flow, capital structure, and financing strategies to support business operations and expansion.
  • Oversee financial audits, tax filings, and compliance with relevant regulations.

In addition to financial expertise, the successful candidate will have excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to foster a culture of accountability and excellence within the finance team.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • 8–10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably including time as a CFO or VP of Finance.
  • Deep understanding of corporate financial law, accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), and financial modeling.
  • Proven experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
