Workday Expert Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to grow as a Workday professional, supporting the delivery of HCM implementations and optimizations. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with clients, functional teams, and technical stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on Workday projects and be ready to take on broader responsibilities, such as leading workstreams, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to solution design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions for HCM modules, including Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, and Recruiting.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of process improvements and best practices within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Workday project delivery, preferably in a leadership or expert role.
  • Strong understanding of HCM concepts, including Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, and Recruiting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project execution towards successful outcomes.
