Senior Oracle Executive

We are seeking an exceptional and results-driven Senior Oracle Executive to lead enterprise-wide Oracle initiatives, drive digital transformation, and oversee the strategic delivery of Oracle solutions across business units.

This role demands deep expertise in Oracle technologies, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to align IT strategy with business goals. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, with a proven track record of delivering complex Oracle programs at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the Oracle solution roadmap aligned with organizational objectives. Lead cross-functional teams in delivering Oracle Cloud and on-premise implementations (e.g., ERP, HCM, SCM, CX).
  • Program Oversight: Oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of Oracle transformation programs. Ensure delivery excellence across multiple projects, managing risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and Oracle account teams. Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership during client engagements and executive briefings.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle solution delivery, including leadership of large-scale implementations.
  • Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, CX) and legacy systems.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical solutions into strategic value.
  • Proven success in managing cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder environments.
