Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional to oversee the implementation of our Human Capital Management Software (HCMS) for clients. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your expertise in software implementation, payroll management, and team leadership to drive success.

  • Develop a deep understanding of client payroll rules and policies during implementation.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of HCMS.
  • Train team members on HCMS and soft skills required to interact within the organization and clients.
  • Evaluate and analyze clients' needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Promote client loyalty by delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • At least 2-5 years experience as Customer Success Officer/Manager in a Software as a Service Company leading at least 5-10 Implementation Analysts.
  • Experience in software implementation, payroll management, and team leadership.
  • Advance MS Excel Skills and knowledge of updated DOLE rules.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills, good communication and presentation skills.
