We seek a proactive and results-driven Business Growth Expert to drive expansion of a loyalty program for an international airline.

You will build a network of business partners in Australia, offering exclusive perks to program members.

This role contributes to a high-profile partnership with one of the world’s largest airlines.

Responsibilities
  • Develop an outreach strategy including cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities in the Australian market.
  • Follow up on leads and potential partners to nurture relationships.
  • Lead discovery calls and negotiations to convert qualified leads into signed partners.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress in the CRM.
  • Meet and exceed set targets for partner acquisition and revenue.
Requirements
  • Proven end-to-end sales experience with a strong track record as a “closer”.
  • Demonstrated experience handling discovery calls and managing a full sales pipeline.
  • Willingness to work Australian business hours (AEST).
  • Ability to work remotely with your own laptop or computer.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
