Job Summary

The Renewals Manager is a critical role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of assigned customer accounts. This involves close collaboration with sales teams, professional services, technical support, and sales operations to address and resolve customer concerns.

Main Responsibilities
  • Licensing Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of owned assets within customer accounts.
  • Software Quoting: Develop a strong understanding of complex software pricing models.
  • Revenue Models: Familiarity with Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), Annual Contract Value (ACV), and Total Contract Value (TCV) revenue streams.
  • Onboarding Process: Collaborate with professional services, technical support, and regional sales teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new customers.
  • Sales Growth: Foster direct relationships with sales teams to drive account expansions.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role as Customer Success Manager, Helpdesk Manager, Support Engineer, Professional Services Consultant, or Sales Engineer.
  • Knowledge of privilege access management and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Familiarity with Privilege Access Service solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, etc.
