People Operations Representative

  • This role requires the ideal candidate to be a key part of our Global People Operations team, working both front-line and back-office operations. This individual will ensure high-quality execution of core HR processes and deliver a responsive employee-centered experience.
  • We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across time zones in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a passion for operational work and solving day-to-day employee issues.

The successful candidate will process employee lifecycle transactions including new hires, job changes, and terminations, and provide tier 1 support for employee inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and tools across supported regions.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • Flexibility: Ability to work US Pacific Time hours
  • Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in People Operations for a global organization, preferably supporting international regions
  • Data Management: Familiarity with employee lifecycle processing and experience with data management in an HRIS (UKG experience preferred)
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and SharePoint)
  • Communication: Strong professional proficiency in written and verbal English with the ability to communicate effectively in cross-cultural and business environments
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze and validate data accurately and thoroughly
  • Professionalism: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
  • Teamwork: Self-motivated and collaborative team player
  • Continuous Learning: Commitment to continuous learning, particularly in employment laws, HR technology, and employee experience best practices
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is strongly preferred
