Transforming HR Operations with Automation Expertise

We're building a high-impact team to deliver innovative solutions that enhance employee experiences.

As an automation expert, you'll design, build, test and refine complex automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive maximum impact and contribute to reusable components and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of automation solutions for high-priority HR needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Develop robust, scalable and maintainable automations with clear documentation.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and participate in peer reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Recommend and trial new approaches, tools or features to enhance delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering automation solutions using UiPath and/or Power Platform.
  • Ability to design solutions that balance impact, maintainability and ease of use.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Experience supporting colleagues through technical guidance or mentoring.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery or other HR systems.
  • Interest in AI-driven automation or conversational experiences.
  • Understanding of HR operations and processes.
