Job Overview

Role Summary:

A dedicated professional is sought to provide high-quality support and resolution for customer issues in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide comprehensive technical assistance to customer-facing teams, including training and documentation.
  • Phone and Email Support: Deliver exceptional support via phone and email, resolving customer queries efficiently.
  • Ticket and SLA Management: Effectively manage tickets and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintenance Tasks: Perform routine system checks and maintenance tasks to ensure seamless operations.
  • Escalation Management: Escalate unresolved issues to L3 Technical Support and/or management as needed.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hardware Troubleshooting: Have hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and equipment support.
  • Application/System Maintenance: Demonstrate expertise in application and system maintenance activities.
  • Bonus Skills:
  • Knowledge of SSL/TLS and REST APIs: Bonus: Familiarity with both SSL/TLS and REST APIs.
  • Experience with MySQL and SQL Syntax: Bonus: Experience with MySQL and solid understanding of SQL syntax.
  • VoIP Systems and Network Support: Bonus: Background in VoIP systems and network support, including VoIP software.
  • NodeJS, Python, and Related Technologies: Bonus: Experience with NodeJS, Python, and related technologies and frameworks.
