We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cold Calling Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in the field of real estate sales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing potential property deals through strategic cold calling. As the first point of contact with property owners, you will utilize your persuasive communication skills to uncover opportunities in the Chicago real estate market.

This is a remote position that requires working with lists of approximately 1,000+ contacts, with additional lists available. You will have the opportunity to work with a performance-based commission structure for closed deals and regular reporting on call metrics and lead generation.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing, strong English communication skills, and the ability to handle rejection professionally. Additionally, you should have a basic understanding of real estate terminology, proficiency with CRM systems and phone software, and a reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Making outbound calls to property owners from provided lead lists
  • Researching and referencing recent property sales in target areas for pricing comparisons
  • Identifying potential sellers and gauging interest in cash offers
  • Tracking and documenting all call outcomes and potential leads
  • Sending contracts to interested property owners
  • Meeting daily calling metrics and performance indicators
  • Generating qualified leads for property acquisitions
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing preferred
