Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Counseling Programs: Create and deliver individual and group counseling programs that meet the diverse needs of our students.
  2. Supervise Professional Staff: Provide guidance and support to professional and support staff, ensuring the effective delivery of counseling services.
  3. Train and Develop Staff: Plan and deliver in-service training experiences for Guidance Office staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide high-quality services.
  4. Foster Community Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with faculty, administrators, and community partners, promoting a culture of support and collaboration.
  5. Assess Student Needs: Identify and address the diverse needs of our students, ensuring they receive the support they require to succeed.
