**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Counseling Services Manager to join our team at Tech9. This role involves managing and coordinating counseling services for survivors of human trafficking, working closely with the Her Song team to ensure high-quality care.

The ideal candidate will have experience in using evidence-based practices to effectively counsel individuals with complex trauma histories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service coordination: Coordinates counseling services for survivors, ensuring seamless transitions between stages of care.
  • Staff management: Oversees and guides staff members in providing counseling services, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
  • Training and development: Leads regular training sessions for staff, focusing on best practices in counseling and trauma-informed care.
  • Quality assurance: Monitors and evaluates the quality of counseling services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in counseling or social work from an accredited college.
  • Holds or working towards an LPC license and a minimum of 2 years of experience in individual and group counseling with traumatized individuals/abuse, substance abuse, victims of crime, women in crisis, at-risk youth, domestic violence or similar population.
  • Skilled in leading effective counseling groups and staff training.
  • Leader with trauma responsive programming.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills.
