About the role

As the Junior Legal Counsel at Frontier Tower Associates Philippines Inc., you will play a vital role in providing strategic legal support and counsel to the organization. This full-time position is based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. You will be responsible for advising on a range of corporate matters to support the company's objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate agreements and contracts
  • Providing guidance on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management
  • Assisting with mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
  • Advising on regulatory and legal matters impacting the business
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure legal requirements are met
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  • 4- 5 years of experience in corporate law
  • Substantial experience gained within a reputable law firm or in-house legal team
  • Has extensive experience in contract drafting, policy compliance, and litigation.
  • Strong understanding of procurement contracts and corporate policies.
  • Experience in enforcing claims through legal processes such as demand letters and litigation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and collaborate effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Adaptability and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Amenable to work in BGC or QC
