Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Counsel Lead to join our team at Private Advertiser. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing legal strategies and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive legal and compliance plans to safeguard the company's interests;
  • Oversee Corporate Affairs staff roles and accountabilities, ensuring deliverables and service agreements are met;
  • Represent the company in judicial and administrative proceedings, providing counsel on complex issues;
  • Draft, review, and finalize contracts related to business operations, providing expert advice on legal matters;
  • Review and modify drafts of legal opinions prepared by corporate affairs staff, addressing complex legal questions and decisions;
  • Collaborate with government agencies and external counsel to ensure timely filing and maintenance of corporate regulatory requirements;
  • Establish and implement standard policies and procedures for handling legal matters, including contract procedures and issue resolution;
  • Conduct regular legal due diligence audits to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
  • Support Human Resources and Internal Audit Department in investigations of complaints and allegations of rule violations, communicating findings and recommendations to management;
  • Effectively manage corporate affairs legal costs;
  • Attend management committee meetings and business reviews of various business units;
  • Maintain corporate records of contracts executed by the company;
