Property Manager Position

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated professional to support our property management operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing tenant inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs by communicating with vendors and following up on scheduled appointments.
  • Assist with lease administration, including drafting and managing lease agreements.
  • Conduct thorough tenant screenings, including background checks and reference verification.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant records using property management software.
  • Monitor and enforce lease terms and property rules, addressing any violations or breaches.
  • Support marketing efforts by creating property listings and managing online rental platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to property management.
