The Role

As a Senior Specialist Customer Development, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships within our Sales and Account Management division. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively managing and developing relationships with existing customers to drive business growth and retention
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our customer base and market share
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Negotiating and closing sales contracts while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Preparing comprehensive sales reports and presentations to share insights and recommend strategies

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role within the consumer goods industry
  • A strong understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer dynamics
  • A proven track record of successfully managing and growing customer relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
